The sauna is open from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. On the premises of Osada there are service persons available every day from 08:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.After 4:00 p.m., if you have any questions, please call: 608 208 348.People coming to us for one night cannot use the Russian banya because of the long time of its preparation (washing the banya, pouring water again, long heating time - up to 8 hours).
Rules and regulations for the use of banya
- Banya is an integral part of the "Osada on Budzowski Wierch" facility and the provisions of these Regulations apply to it.Before entering the banya, please read the Instructions for use.
- Use of the banya is tantamount to acceptance of all provisions of these Regulations.
- The use of the banya is allowed only for people over 16 years of age.
- When using the banya, it is imperative to follow the instructions for use, instructions and information given by the hosts or employees.
- Only healthy people or people whose ailments do not constitute contraindications to the use of the banya may use it. In particular, entry into the banya is forbidden to persons:
- with heart disease, hypertension and vascular disease,
- with thyroid diseases, claustrophobia, epilepsy, acute rheumatic conditions,
- with cancer, acute infections and asthmatic conditions,
- with elevated body temperature,
- women during menstruation and pregnancy,
- those who are tired, under the influence of alcohol and intoxicants.
- By entering the banya, the user confirms that his or her health condition allows this form of recreation. The "Settlement on Budzowski Wierch " is not responsible for damages, including health effects of staying in the banya arising from reasons beyond the control of the facility.
- Before entering the banya, you should:
- remove all metal objects,
- remove glasses and contact lenses,
- thoroughly wash the entire body in the shower with soap, and then wipe it dry,
- remove footwear.
- It is forbidden to put any objects (towels, bathrobes, etc.) on or near the stove.
- Only employees of "Osada on Budzowski Wierch" are allowed to light the fire in the banya furnace When using the banya, no liquids, essences, oils or other substances are allowed.
- After firing up the banya stove, guests are required to keep an eye on the stove - to add wood until the desired water temperature is reached (for safety reasons, it is not recommended to heat water to 35 to 42 degrees C). The water, depending on the prevailing weather conditions, heats up in 2- 7 hours.
- Do not touch the elements of the stove in the banya, those protruding on the surface or those submerged in water - they can be very hot!
Regulations for the use of the sauna
- Before entering the sauna, read the regulations.
- When using the sauna rooms, it is imperative that you follow the instructions for use, and instructions and information provided by the staff.
- Any adjustments to the sauna equipment, in particular, adjusting the heating of the furnace can only be made by a service employee.
- Only healthy people can use the sauna.
- The sauna can be used by adults. Minors may use the sauna only when accompanied by an adult guardian.
- Persons in the sauna declare full physical and health capacity to use this type of treatment and are responsible for the state of their health.
- Users of the sauna are obliged to observe order and maintain the cleanliness of the room in use.
- It is recommended to use the sauna twice a week to improve stamina.
- Before entering the sauna, take a bath with soap to remove all cosmetics and dirt from the body.
- Metal jewelry should be removed to avoid possible burns.
- Do not wear glasses or contact lenses in the sauna.
- The sauna should be used wearing a cotton costume.
- As the body heats up, gradually move from lower to higher benches depending on the body's tolerance.
- When using the sauna, you should aim to relax your muscles and achieve as much mental relaxation as possible: stay calm and quiet.
- After using the sauna during body cooling treatments, it is not recommended to use soap
- In the sauna area it is forbidden:
- to enter with clothing and footwear,
- to perform cosmetic procedures,
- to make noise and have loud conversations,
- to bring in dishes, food and any foreign objects,
- to bring in alcoholic beverages,
- indecent behavior, or behavior generally considered indecent or offensive,
- smoking,
- to destroy and damage equipment.
- After a stay in the sauna, exercise is categorically not recommended.
- The use of sauna is not recommended:
- immediately after intense endurance training,
- if you have cardiovascular diseases,
- to people with diabetes,
- when intoxicated,
- to pregnant women,
- to women during menstruation.
- Persons violating the order or the provisions of these regulations will be removed from the facility
- The use of the sauna is equivalent to the fact that the person has read and accepts all the above points of the regulations.
- The owner of the facility is not responsible for accidents caused by failure to comply with these rules and regulations and the instructions of the staff.
Instructions for using the sauna (temperature 40-100oC)
- Sauna session involves alternating overheating and cooling of the entire body.
- This can be done in 2 or 3 consecutive cycles.
- You should stay in the sauna lying down or sitting.
- One sauna cycle lasts about 25 minutes : 8 - 12 minutes staying in the hot room, followed by 8 - 12 minutes of gradual cooling of the body with water (in the second and third cycle staying in the hot room should not be longer than 10 minutes).
- Cooling the body in the shower involves pouring cold water over the entire body from the feet toward the heart, and then cooling the neck and head. Rapid cooling of the body is harmful to health.
- After cooling the body, wipe yourself dry and lie down for a few minutes.
- The sauna stay ends with a cool bath without the use of soap.
- If you feel unwell, you should absolutely stop the treatment.
