We reserve the right to refuse animals whose species /breeds are commonly considered threatening or aggressive.
The owner of the animal declares that the animal(s) are healthy and do not pose a threat to other people and animals. The owner is required to have his own bedding for the animal.
It is unacceptable to use towels and bed linen for the needs of animals, animals resting on the bed and sofas, and the animals satisying their physiological needs in the cabin/apartment.
If the bedding, mattress, parquet floor, door or other furnishings of the room where the animal is staying are damaged, the Owner is obliged to pay for the damage caused at the price specified by the facility.
The owner of the animal is financially responsible for any damage to the property of the facility and private property of other Guests due to the fault of the animal.
No animal should be left alone in the cabin/apartment if it disturbs other Guests at the time.
Dogs must be walked on a leash under the supervision of the owner or an authorized person.
It is forbidden to bring animals into the outdoor children's playground.
The owner is obliged to clean up the feces left by his animal every time.
The owner declares that he is familiar with the Regulations for the Pet stay in Osada Budzowski Wierch and accepts its provisions.
